A Mother’s Loving Wisdom

To Be Spiritually Reborn 

A mother’s loving wisdom, patience, dedication and self-sacrifice act as the womb for the development of her children’s mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. Her loving Wisdom is indispensable in providing her children with the knowledge and spiritual understanding they need to become the person that the Lord has Purposed for them to be.

“She is a Tree of Life to them that lay hold on her: and happy is every one that retaineth her.” 

Proverbs 3:18

“Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the Kingdom of God.

“Nicodemus saith unto Him, How can a man be born when he is old? Can he enter the second time into his mother’s womb, and be born?

“Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of Water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the Kingdom of God.”

The Value of a Mother’s Loving Wisdom

Please ask yourself, what greater Gift is there in the lives of children than their mother’s loving Wisdom? How does a mother’s loving Wisdom for her children impact the world around her? What Good does a mother’s loving Wisdom provide to the Lord on earth, and what does it provide to Him in life to come? 

Thereby, what level of self-esteem do you think a mother should carry with her as she raises her children in the Light of that understanding? And although a mother’s journey is certainly not without trials and tribulations, she should never despair about her task at hand. Rather, she should always carry the Honor the Lord bestows upon her, Uplifted by the realization of the irreplaceable Value she provides to the Lord, as she leads her children in Paths of His Righteousness.

“Hear, ye children, the Instruction of a Father, and attend to know understanding.

“For I Give you Good Doctrine, forsake ye not My Law.

“For I was My Father’s Son, tender and only Beloved in the sight of My Mother. 

“He Taught Me also, and said unto Me, Let Thine Heart retain My Words: keep My Commandments, and Live.

“Get Wisdom, get understanding: forget it not; neither decline from the Words of My mouth.

“Forsake Her not, and She shall preserve thee: love Her, and She shall keep thee.”  

“Wisdom is the Principal thing; therefore get Wisdom: and with all thy getting, get understanding.” 

“Exalt Her, and She shall promote thee: she shall bring thee to Honor, when thou dost embrace Her.” –

“Hear, O My Son, and receive My Sayings; and the years of Thy Life shall be many.”

Understanding spiritual things, Spiritually.

Throughout the Bible the Lord uses physical things to teach us about Spiritual things. This is His Speech, and it is the language spoken throughout the Heavens. Through that “Speech” He teaches us about the Wisdom of the Ages.

In Matthew 12:38-50, just after Jesus had performed many Miracles among the people in Jerusalem, religious leaders of that time gathered to devise ways to destroy Him. 

At first, those religious leaders tried to discredit Jesus by tempting Him with “theological” traps of their own making. Recognizing what they were attempting to do, Jesus rebuked them. Immediately thereafter He was informed that “His mother and brethren stood without, desiring to speak with Him.” He replied by saying “Who is My mother? And who are My brethren?” 

I suppose His mother and siblings were not initially delighted with that answer! However, as Jesus continued to explain “whosoever shall do the Will of My Father which is in Heaven, the same is My brother, and sister and mother” He revealed how each of us may become the person that He has Purposed for us to be.

Spiritually, becoming the Lord’s “brother or sister” describes becoming related to Him in Thought and Affection. Being His “mother” describes providing the loving Wisdom required to allow each of us to become born again, in the Light of His Righteousness.   

Honoring a Mother’s Loving Wisdom

And so, please ask yourself, is there a greater Value to the Lord on earth than a mother’s loving Wisdom, guiding her children with the knowledge and spiritual understanding they need, to find their Way safely into the Kingdom of Heaven? Is not her Wisdom the mother of all Truth Living in the lives of her children?

“She shall Give to thine head an ornament of Grace: a crown of Glory shall She deliver to thee.

“I have Taught Thee in the Way of Wisdom; I have led Thee in Right Paths. 

“When Thou goest, Thy steps shall not be straightened; and when Thou runnest, Thou shalt not stumble.

“Take fast hold of Instruction, let Her not go; keep Her, for She is Thy Life.”
