Your Metal Wellbeing
A little child’s Joy springs forth from the Lord’s Love existing within their soul. The innocence of their mental wellbeing is awe-inspiring. That Joy and innocence are something we can all truly call, “Marvelous” in our eyes.
“And Jesus called a little child unto Him, and set him in the midst of them.
Matthew 18:2-3
And said, ‘Verily I say unto you, Except ye be converted and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the Kingdom of Heaven.’”
As you physically grow from a little child into a young child, your Joy and innocence are affected by the people around you. As you mature, your Joy and innocence are affected by others, and by the choices you make in life.
If the Joy and innocence of your mental wellbeing has suffered, whether by the actions of others, or by the result of your own actions, there is a Way for the Lord to restore it into something that you too will be able to call, truly “Marvelous” in your eyes.
“Speak unto the children of Israel, that they bring Me an offering: of every man that giveth willingly with his heart ye shall take My Offering.”
Exodus 25:2
Although no one is perfect in this world, all the Lord requires of you to try your very best to abide by His Commandments in all you think, feel and do. As you willingly bring Him those offerings, nothing withheld, He Promises to do all the Rest.
The fulfillment of His Promises include:
An incomparable realization about the invaluable Goodness of His Love, Compassion, Forgiveness and Mercy for you.
An inexhaustible internal Peace refreshing your mind and heart through every trial and tribulation that you will encounter in this life.
An irreplaceable sense of self-worth gained from recognizing just how important you are to Him, and to those around you.
A transcending internal confidence flourishing in innocence from a life well lived.
“And now, Israel, what does the Lord thy God require of thee, but to fear the Lord thy God, to walk in His Ways, and to love Him, and to serve the Lord thy God with all thy heart and with all thy soul,
Deuteronomy 10:12-13
“To keep the Commandments of the Lord, and His Statutes, which I Command thee this Day for thy Good?”
It’s important to realize that to “fear the Lord thy God” does not mean to be afraid of Him. For, as Divine Love Himself, He causes harm to no one. Rather, to “fear Him” means to reverence what He is Teaching you about Way you must live your life, for your Good and for the Good of all around you.
“I have not spoken in secret, in a dark place of the earth: I said not unto the seed of Jacob, Seek ye Me in vain: I the Lord speak Righteousness, I declare things that are Right.”
Isaiah 45:19
Living your life in the Way that the Lord is Showing you to be Right entails:
Abiding by the Testimony of His Covenant as your First Love.
Rejecting any substitutes that attempt to undermine that understanding.
Embracing the Opportunity He has Given you to host the True thoughts and unselfish affections that come forth from His Righteousness within your mind, heart and soul.
Honoring His Love and Wisdom by keeping His Commandments as your First Works.
Forgiving others as you would wish to be Forgiven yourself.
Honoring the fidelity of your martial, family, social and spiritual promises to live your life according to what He has Shown you to be True and Right.
Being honest with yourself, with the Lord, and with those around you.
Refraining from misleading yourself or others about the Way to your salvation.
Leaving envy, greed and selfishness behind, while offering heartfelt Goodwill toward all others.
“Turn you to the strong hold, ye prisoners of hope: even today do I declare that I will render double unto you.”
Zechariah 9:12
You don’t need to be a psychologist to realize that the Joy and innocence of your mental wellbeing springs forth from having a clear conscience, from being honest with yourself and others, from forgiving others, from forgiving yourself, and from rejecting the lure of false thoughts, harmful feelings and destructive behaviors. Try as you may, you will find that you will fall short of being able to accomplish that feat on your own.
However, as you turn to the Lord for the strength, Guidance and fortitude you need to overcome any obstacles that stand in your Way, you will find that He will quickly begin to change everything within you for the Better.
“Behold, the former things are come to pass, and new things do I declare: before they spring forth I tell you of them.”
Isaiah 42:9
Whether described as restoration or regeneration, the Joy and innocence that will spring forth within you as you allow the Lord to reform and transform you in the Light of His Righteousness will amaze you.
“The entrance of Thy Words giveth Light; it Giveth understanding to the simple.”
Psalms 119:130
The Word “simple” does not mean the unintelligent or uneducated, rather, it means the unconfused.
“These things I have Spoken to you, that in Me ye might find Peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.”
John 16:33
How much more clearly can the Lord Teach you about the Way He restores the Joy and innocence of His Love within your
mind, heart and soul? All it takes is your willing dedication, faith and trust in Him to live your life according to His Commandments, nothing withheld.
“Jesus answered, ‘Verily, verily I say unto thee, Except a man be born again of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the Kingdom of God.
John 3:5-6
That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.’”
Abiding by the Lord’s Commandments gives you a renewed Purpose for all you think, feel and do. As you walk in the Light of that understanding, step by step and stage by stage your old person will die off as your new person emerges, then shaped and formed into an image and as a likeness to the Qualities and Virtues of His incomparable Love for you. That new Life is True Life. At that time, and in that “Place”, you will most certainly call the Glory of your new Life, truly “Marvelous” in your eyes.
“That you put off concerning the old conversation the old man, which is corrupt according to the deceitful lusts:

And be renewed in the Spirit of your mind.
And that ye put on the new man, which after God is created in Righteousness and True holiness.”
“Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the Word of God, which Liveth and abideth forever.”

“If ye keep My Commandments, ye shall abide in My Love; even as I have kept My Father’s Commandments, and abide in His Love.
John 15:10-11
These things have I Spoken unto you, that My Joy might remain in you, and that your Joy may be full.”
